Three Yards of Fabric

Welcome

Hi, I'm RoxAnne.

I'm a maker, problem solver, and lifelong student of figuring things out.

For more than two decades, I've built businesses one idea, one experiment, and one lesson at a time. Along the way I've learned that success rarely comes from one brilliant moment. It's usually the result of hundreds of small decisions—some good, some terrible—that slowly shape something worth keeping.

This site is where I write about those decisions.

You'll find thoughts on business, creativity, technology, AI, making things by hand, making things with code, and the sometimes messy process of building something from nothing. Most of all, you'll find the lessons that came from trying.

I don't believe every answer fits every person or every business. What worked for me may not work for you. But if my experiences help you avoid a few mistakes, ask a better question, or see a problem from a different angle, then sharing them is worth it.

Whether you're building a business, starting a project, or simply curious about how things are made, welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

Still Making.
